Thank you for shopping with The Pre-Hospital Classroom. We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to:

  • PowerPoint packages
  • PDF learning resources
  • Downloadable files
  • Digital templates
  • Simulator access passes
  • Online memberships
  • Video content
  • Digital educational materials

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, unless:

  • The product is faulty or corrupted and cannot be accessed
  • You receive the wrong product
  • A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved

If you experience an issue with a digital purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.


2. Physical Products

For physical items purchased through our store:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused
  • The item remains in its original condition
  • Original packaging is included where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Downloaded digital products
  • Memberships and subscriptions already used
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Time-limited access products already activated
  • Products marked as non-returnable


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


5. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time.


6. Memberships and Subscription Services

Memberships and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Payments already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
