3. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future recurring payments

  • Allows access to continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases cannot be cancelled once:

  • Payment has been completed; and/or
  • Digital content has been delivered or accessed

Physical products may be subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

4. Trial Cancellation

If a free trial is offered:

  • Cancellation must occur before the trial period ends
  • Failure to cancel before expiry may result in automatic billing

Users are responsible for managing trial cancellation dates.

5. Failed Payments

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to:

  • Retry payment collection
  • Suspend access
  • Restrict account features
  • Cancel subscriptions after repeated failed payment attempts

6. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and purchase options.

Where legally required, users will be notified before pricing changes take effect.
