Thank you for shopping with The Pre-Hospital Classroom. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver both physical and digital products.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within:

  • Physical products: 1–3 working days
  • Digital products: Delivered immediately or within 24 hours following successful payment
  • Memberships and simulator access: Usually activated immediately after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Physical Product Shipping

We currently ship within:

  • United Kingdom
  • Selected international locations where available

Shipping options and estimated delivery times may include:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected delivery method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products include but are not limited to:

  • PowerPoint packages
  • PDF resources
  • Learning materials
  • Downloadable content
  • Simulator access
  • Membership content

Digital products are generally delivered through:

  • Secure download links
  • Customer account access
  • Email delivery
  • Membership dashboard access

If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect:

  • Names
  • Addresses
  • Postcodes
  • Contact information

Additional shipping costs arising from incorrect details may be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


7. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs (if applicable)

We will investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.


8. Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, customers are responsible for any:

  • Local handling fees
  • Government charges

These charges are outside our control and vary by country.
